An Evening of Memories
“An Evening of Memories” is the theme of this year's annual fundraising auction. This year we will be honoring Mrs. Melinda (Lindy) Dillehay. The Live event will be held in-person at the Westin Hotel in downtown Nashville.
The silent auction will begin on Wednesday, November 17th and will close Saturday, November 20th. Silent items will be at the Westin for viewing the night of the auction. All silent items will be available for online bidding on our auction app. More information to follow about the app.
Our event will begin at 6:30 pm. Preview for live items begins at 5:30 pm. Our auctioneer from past events, Terri Walker, will be taking bids and keeping the ball rolling throughout the evening. Live items will be bid on in person. If you cannot attend the auction, sealed bid sheets will be available the week prior to the event.
The Sumner Academy auction is a Middle Tennessee tradition. Since its inception in 1987, the gala has raised more than $1.8 million in support of the school's faculty and students. Proceeds help provide an outstanding education to a diverse and dynamic student body.
